Cancellation Policy:  

  • Cancellations made until 30 April 2021, will be subject to a 40% cancellation fee
  • Cancellations made from 1 May 2021, will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee and will not qualify for a refund of any kind.
  • We require full settlement before the event for all delegates. No payment, no access.
  • In the event of non-attendance, full payment will remain due and payable.
  • If you cannot attend due to problematic internet connection on the ‘day’ the amount would still be due in full.
  • Refunds will be made 30 working days after the congress.
  • Bank service charges and applicable administration fees will be deducted from all refunds.
  • Applicable refunds will be based on the rand amount received and not on the exchange rate, where fees received via international banking and foreign exchange.
